On a phone the VPN is built into the Prizrak app — download Prizrak for Android.
Install Prizrak VPN and open it.
In the Prizrak app on your phone or computer scan the QR (or Settings → Prizrak VPN → «Prizrak VPN devices» → «Connect by code») and pick the same digits as on the screen.
Pick a country and press connect. The computer gets access only to your VPN — not to your chats and not to your 👻.
«Proxy» — the system proxy, no admin rights. «Real VPN» — all traffic of the computer, games and terminal included.
If the connection drops, the internet waits for Prizrak instead of going around it.
All apps except selected — or only selected apps through VPN. Russian sites and your own list of sites directly.
No working exit in the chosen country — Prizrak connects through the nearest one and comes back by itself.
DNS goes through the tunnel; UDP is blocked by default so the real address does not leak.
